No Wonder My Head is The Clouds...

"The key to making dreams become reality is making goals to its existence. Creating something that gets you just that one step closer. That's how we achieve the impossible."

That's just something that I was thinking of when I was working today. As of late, I've been day dreaming a lot. Not without purpose, but something that I dream about doing. I would really love to get into doing YouTube videos.  No, not just to become famous or just to put stuff out there, but to inspire people. whether that be through laughter, or a story, a monologue, I want people to be able to see me, and leave having a more positive outlook on life.

One of the people who really inspired me to get into this is Blimey Cow. A group of past home schoolers, now full time YouTubers! Here is a sample of their videos:

I really enjoy dreaming sometimes. It gives me something to think about, keep off my video games, and provide me with a goal. In the past, my dreams have never really come into play. I've tried a lot of things for someone as young as I am. Why that is you may ask? I'm honestly not sure. Part of it may be my follow through is terrible. When I try something and it falls through the first time, I get discouraged. Sometimes, I just gave up.

Another reason is funds. I've never had much money, and due to the way my life goes now, I have even less, but nevertheless, I keep dreaming. I think a fair portion of why I fail is because of a lack of goals.

Goals are important! you cant just get from point A (not doing what you want) To point B (being where you want to be) without a few stops to regain your breath. For example, right now my goal is to get the equipment necessary for high quality gaming videos on my computer, and then start getting those videos. I have plenty of goals in mind for this, but that's just my first one.

I know this is pretty lame, but I really feel passionate about this. I hope I may have inspired you today, and have a great one!

What is this burning thing in the sky?

Rhett and Link have found you....

I don't even know, I just couldn't stop laughing.

Some of us live in different worlds...

Girls Girls Girls....

Today, I was thinking about why do guys like girls? Why do they feel an emotional attachment? I know that I have felt it in my life, and that people in my life feel it now. So why is that?

I think a lot of my words were stolen right from my mouth in the words of the songs "God Made Girls" by Raelynn and "I don't Dance" by Lee Brice. Both are linked below:

So here some of my own thinking.

So God made the world and Adam is sitting there naming the animals. And God looks at him, and see that he's lonely and tired. So God thinks about it, and says that He is going to make a partner for Adam. So he puts Adam down for a bit, steals his rib, and forms a woman.

So the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept; then He took one of his ribs and closed up the flesh at that place. The LORD God fashioned into a woman the rib which He had taken from the man, and brought her to the man. The man said, "This is now bone of my bones, And flesh of my flesh; She shall be called Woman, Because she was taken out of Man."…
- Genesis 2:21-23

So off the bat, we are physically similar. I think thats the semblance God was going for, similar but not the same. I heard in a study that guys brains are organized in little boxes, which are pulled out one or two at a time, while a girl's brain is built like a ball of yarn, able to focus on quite a few things at once. We both have brains, but they function differently.

Another is emotionally. If you know me, you know that I am not a typical guy. I dont think like most guys, and I can multitask a lot better. But still I have interests, and desires like guys would. So I can say from experience guys tend to be able to focus on one stressful situation at a time, overcome that, move on. While women are, or at least from my observation, able to focus on more like two or three situations.

But none of these cover WHY that desire is there. Quite simply, God put it there. He said that woman would be a helper to the man and he would be the protector of her. I think naturally God put that urge on our hearts to protect the girls Us guys care about. Not just significant others(although that may be a stronger urge to do so there) but sisters, friends. I've been in a situation where a total stranger was being mistreat and I helped her. Its all in what God put in our heads.

So why  do guys feel strong love for one particular girl? Because a sovereign God not only set up a system, called marriage, where we become "as one" with a certain person, but he also has a certain person in mind. I have talked to quite a few married couples, some who have dated a lot before marriage. They all say that every boyfriend or girlfriend they had was closer and closer to the interests and thinking that God had made compatible for them. Unfortunately the trial and error period is inevitable because of sin nature, but it is a journey to find that right one. So if you ever have that urge, and you wonder, seriously why is that, and i know it can be annoying at times. Remember, God put it there for a reason.
‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’
-Matthew 19:5

22 Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands as you do to the Lord. 23 For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, his body, of which he is the Savior. 24 Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.

25 Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her 26 to make her holy, cleansing[b] her by the washing with water through the word, 27 and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless. 28 In this same way, husbands ought to love their wives as their own bodies. He who loves his wife loves himself. 29 After all, no one ever hated their own body, but they feed and care for their body, just as Christ does the church— 30 for we are members of his body. 31 “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh.”[c] 32 This is a profound mystery—but I am talking about Christ and the church. 33 However, each one of you also must love his wife as he loves himself, and the wife must respect her husband.
-Ephesians 5: 22-33

One final thought. don't put down those feelings and turn them into depression, or aggression, confusion, or anything else like I and so many guys have done. Accept the fact that they exist, that there there, and don't be afraid to give them a healthy amount of thought.

Piracy is not a victim less crime.....And now for the part of the show Where I come out and let my sarcastic side take over.
Uhhhhhh, well this is awkward...

Would someone like some cat with their Oreos? I didn't think so.

Oh nonono, after you sir.

What was that again?

Memories. We all have them, the past, things that happened to us. Vacations, relationships, parties, friends. Anything that you remember you have memories. But what is the purpose behind them? Why do we remember things. Some good some bad?

One reason is to see the journey that we've been on. We've all had to take an adventure to get where we are today. Things that have shaped us into what we are today. I think if we remember that path, we remember why we are the way we are.

Another reason is to spark emotion. The bible tells us that God gives us good memories to make us feel better. To remind us of what he's given us. But equally, The Enemy uses bad memories to remind of mistakes or abuse. Either way, they spark our emotion.

They give us stories to tell. Whether your still in it, or its in the past, memories five us stories to tell people, to confide in others. Even the most average life has amazing stories to tell and share with people.

And finally they teach us. Having a memory of a situation helps you learn from it. A lot of times, in a stressful situation we just act, we can't learn anything right then and there. But the memories show us what we needed to learn and what we did learn automatically. Its Gods way of showing us how to do it his way.

I wrote this yesterday on break from work. Today, I was listening to a song by Train called "Bruises". It's all about a guy who meets an old friend from High School and they recall old people and stories. I will post the video below

The line that I really want to get to is: "These bruises, make for better conversation." As we age, the storied, the stuff that we thought were A huge deal and life defining, all boil down to experience and stories. So if Your in a rut today and having a hard time. Remember, eventually you will have a story to tell, and you will be better for it.

Now! For some laughs!

Kermit is in for a huge surprise.

Looks like someone got nailed.

A great way to keep people from having the same name. I guess?

I always kinda wondered...

Well, that escalated quickly.

Hey guys! I'm back! I had a brief period where i got really busy, and kinda lost focus of what i wanted to do with this blog, due to some issues I had going on, but I'm back now! A few things before i get back into it.

1. Purpose. the purpose of this blog is to do two things: to make you think, and to make you laugh. I will pictures of funny things, funny stories, jokes, anything you can think of, but I will also be sharing hard lessons that i thought of throughout the day, or week, or a story to learn from my experiences. If permitted, I might even tell other peoples stories too.

2. Content. Nothing I say is going to be blatantly inappropriate, but neither am I going to leave out some content if it adds to the moral of a story. This blog is gonna be honest, I'm not gonna cut something out to make people feel more comfortable. Some of my stories will surprise people. But I'm still gonna tell them, because that's not who I am today.

3. I'll be posting anywhere from twice to about four times a week. I figured that's what I'll have time for, and whats a pretty decent output of weekly content. Just thought you outta know! *passes out*

Alright, with that said, I'll leave you with a few jokes, to end on a happy note. have a great day!

Wait for it... wait for it.... now you see it don't you?

I guess a spelling test wasn't included in his orientation.

Do you smell somethin'? Nope, do you?
