Thoughts #2

Anyone that's been in a relationship knows that it's a choice. We all know at a certain point, it's less about love, and more about commitment. But we all speak like it's a choice you have to make. You have to chose to love them. No, it's not an option if your married, but if your not, it is still a choice. You don't HAVE to make that commitment. Sometimes, That is not what God wants for you, sometimes it's not healthy. Don't forget you are still an individual, you have not "combined flesh" yet. Remember yourself, remember others, and don't continue to bog yourself down with someone. Even if they are a good person. Especially if they will get in the way of what God wants for you.

Thoughts #1

There is always a story. No matter how bad the person, no matter how screwed up their life is, they weren't born that way. I'm not excusing sin nature, but it always takes an outside source to screw someone up to change their natural lifestyle. Whether they were born in the slums, or had a crushing breakup, To abusive and ignorant parents. Everyone has a story to tell. A story that changed them, a story that set them on the path they are on now. Am I willing to help them change that story? To show them the direction that God goes?
